Drycure
Evaporation retarder for concrete surfaces and screeds

Drycure is a single-component, ready-to-use liquid agent with evaporation-retarding and hardening properties, designed to limit excessively rapid drying of concrete surfaces and the resulting formation of shrinkage cracks.
Features
Main features
- Effective evaporation-retarding action
- Reduces plastic shrinkage and the formation of surface cracks
- Reduces surface dusting
- Enables concrete to properly achieve final mechanical strength
- Does not alter setting times and does not form surface layers
- Easy and fast to apply with consequent reduction in labor costs
- Water-based product, VOC-free
Fields of application
- Suitable for all fresh and newly poured concrete surfaces
- Perfect for the construction of pavements, parking lots, highways, bridges, airports, irrigation channels, roofs, terraces
- Suitable for both interior and exterior use
- In difficult application conditions such as strong sun exposure, low relative humidity, presence of wind or air currents that may promote the formation of surface cracks

Storage conditions
Store properly in the original, sealed, intact packaging, protected from frost and direct sunlight exposure, at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C. Higher temperatures may deteriorate the product. Low temperatures may cause partial crystallization of the product; if this occurs, shake the container manually and store in warm environments.

Product preparation
The product is supplied ready to use. It is recommended to thoroughly homogenize the contents of the container before application, by manual shaking or suitable mechanical means, ensuring that the tool used is clean and free of contaminants.
Application
Drycure must be applied to the still-fresh concrete surface immediately after finishing the screed. If dry-shake surface hardeners have been used, the product must be applied at the end of the power troweling operation. Application must be carried out using low-pressure spray equipment, or roller or brush, to obtain a uniform and continuous surface film, avoiding the creation of puddles or material accumulations that could promote the formation of unsightly surface stains.
Cleaning of tools
Clean tools with water immediately after use, before the product dries.
Other indications
- Non-uniform application of the product may cause the formation of surface stains; therefore apply evenly and continuously.
- Avoid product accumulations that could generate puddles or surface irregularities.
- During application, protect surfaces from wind and direct sunlight exposure.
- Product consumption is purely indicative and may vary depending on application conditions and substrate characteristics.
