Storage

Store the tool in a dry, clean location, protected from weather, moisture, and dust.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to store the tool in the closed position, avoiding impacts or stresses that could compromise its proper functioning. Do not expose the tool to heat sources or aggressive environmental conditions that may alter its mechanical characteristics over time.

Application

Fully insert the jaws of the Drykos^® Clamp 3 Points, in the closed position, into the slot of the Drykos^® Squareseal rectangular gasket, ensuring that the tool is correctly seated.
Apply pressure to the clamp handles progressively to uniformly expand the gasket and facilitate positioning. With the gasket in the expanded state, proceed with installation at the centerline of the blade of the metal formwork spacer, verifying correct centering. Once the gasket is positioned, gradually release pressure on the clamp handles to allow elastic recovery of the material and its proper locking in place. Then remove the clamp from the gasket, completing the installation operation.

Cleaning of tools

After use, verify that the tool is clean and free of material residue; if not, clean before storage.

Other indications

• The clamp is equipped with a maximum opening adjustment stop, designed to limit the expansion applied to the gasket and prevent possible damage. If signs of gasket damage are observed during use, reduce the opening stroke by adjusting the end-of-opening stop.
