Dryinject Packer Connector
Specific connector for the rapid connection between the pumping lance and flat-head injection packers

The Drykos® Dryinject Packer Connector is a flat-head connector and accessory specifically designed to allow for a quick and secure connection between the injection equipment and Drykos® Dryinject Packer flat-head packers.
The connector ensures a stable, leak-proof connection, allowing for the correct delivery of injection resins into the packer without pressure loss or unwanted backflow. Its geometry is designed to ensure precise coupling with the flat head of the packer, facilitating injection operations even under demanding working conditions.
The product is suitable for use with Drykos® Dryinject 800 and Drykos® Dryinject 2000 water-reactive polyurethane resins, as well as other compatible injection systems.

Application info
Application
Before use, verify that the connector, the flat-head packer, and the injection equipment are clean, intact, and compatible with each other.
Connect the Drykos® Dryinject Packer Connector to the outlet of the lance or the delivery hose of the injection pump, ensuring that the coupling is correct and stable. Subsequently, place the connector on the flat head of the Drykos® Dryinject Packer, applying uniform pressure until a complete and leak-proof engagement is achieved.
Before starting the injection, perform a preliminary leak test by applying light pressure to ensure there are no leaks or disconnections.
Then proceed with the resin injection, keeping the connector correctly seated on the packer for the entire duration of the operation. At the end of the injection, gradually reduce the pressure, then carefully remove the connector from the packer. After use, thoroughly clean the connector by removing any resin residues to ensure proper functioning and allow for reuse.
Cleaning of tools
At the end of operations, thoroughly clean all equipment and tools that have come into contact with the resin using Drykos® Pump Cleaner, preferably within 30 minutes, to prevent the product from hardening inside the circuits.
Do not use solvents or unsuitable products, as they could be ineffective or create hazardous situations.
Other indications
- Use exclusively with Drykos® Dryinject Packer flat-head packers and compatible injection equipment
- Always verify the correct seal of the connection before operating at full pressure
- High pressures can be reached during injection; use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Do not use the connector if it is damaged, deformed, or worn
- Avoid sudden movements of the connector during injection, which could cause resin leaks or sudden detachments
- Clean the connector immediately after use to prevent resin residues from hardening
