Storage conditions

Store correctly in the original, sealed, and intact packaging, protected from frost and direct sunlight, at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C. Do not expose to heat sources or ignition sources.

Product preparation

The product is supplied ready to use and does not require dilution. Before use, it is recommended to thoroughly homogenize the contents of the container by shaking to ensure consistent performance and optimal effectiveness during use.

Application

Upon completion of injection operations with water-reactive polyurethane resins, it is essential to proceed with a thorough cleaning of the pumping equipment before storage to prevent hardening and damage to the internal circuits.
In the first stage, circulate a suitable thinner within the pump’s hydraulic circuits for a few minutes to dissolve and remove any polyurethane resin residues that have not fully hardened. Subsequently, once the preliminary cleaning of the circuits is complete, proceed by circulating the specific lubricating cleaner in undiluted form for a few minutes, ensuring complete cleaning and lubrication of the internal parts of the pump. At the end of the operation, leave a small amount of product inside the pumping circuits to ensure proper lubrication during the equipment’s period of inactivity.
